Reddit still matters, although for many accounts we look at, it’s not a major source anymore. And trying to game brand mentions on Reddit with bots or similar will definitely not work.

Wikipedia

Wikipedia remains one of the most authoritative sources that AI models reference. Having a Wikipedia page for your company or product significantly increases the likelihood of being mentioned in AI responses, particularly for brand research and comparison queries.  Wikipedia’s strict editorial standards and citation requirements make it a trusted source for Large Language Models (LLMs). If your brand meets Wikipedia’s notability guidelines, creating and maintaining an accurate Wikipedia presence should be a priority – though be aware that Wikipedia has strict rules against promotional content and self-editing.
